Fernando Díaz Gil holds Master’s Degrees in Education from the University of Oviedo and in Medieval History from the University of Salamanca. Since 2007 he has worked for several study abroad programs, including Cursos Internacionales, which is part of the University of Salamanca. Fernando joined Wake Forest in 2014 as the on-site Cultural Instructor for our Salamanca program, serving both as a tutor and a tour guide for our students. In addition to having several publications focusing on Spanish history, art, and culture, Fernando now teaches various courses in the WFU Immersion and the Neuroscience Programs in Salamanca.
