SPA 369 Seminar Students Plant & Harvest at the WFU Campus Garden

Students in Professor Andrea Echeverría‘s SPA 369 Seminar, “Keepers of Minerals, Forests, and Waters: Ecological Perspectives in Latin America,” visited the Campus Gardens in October 2022. As part of their seminar, they spent time planting potatoes, harvesting beans, and hanging sunflowers to dry from the Campus Garden’s shed.
